How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is simple and the same for every product: Express Shipping $19.39, Standard Shipping $11.01 and Economy Shipping is free. You see the exact rate at checkout before paying.

How long does delivery take?

We process orders in up to 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes between 10 and 20 business days. These are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs or peak seasons.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the United States and to Europe and the United Kingdom. If your country is not covered at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take a few hours to appear on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders start processing quickly, so changes are not always possible. Email lyndahildebrandt065086@outlook.com right away with your order number and we will do what we can before the order ships.

What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. If the order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we refund you or send a replacement and cover return shipping. The full policy is on our Refund policy page.

Are my payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify's checkout with encryption, and we never see or store your card details. You can pay with the main credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.

Will I pay any extra fees?

You pay the product price plus the shipping rate shown at checkout — nothing else. Customers outside the United States may be charged import taxes by their country, which are not included in the price and are set by local rules.
