1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of tarmacatelier.com and any purchase from Mossavalle ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) or use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may vary by screen. If a product is not as described, our Refund & Return Policy applies.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in USD and may change without notice, but not for orders already confirmed. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We may cancel an order and refund it in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or limit orders for legitimate reasons, such as stock limits, errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount charged.

7. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
By subscribing, you expressly agree that your payment method will be charged every until you cancel. Before you subscribe we show the price, billing frequency, renewal terms and how to cancel. You can cancel online at any time from your account or by emailing lyndahildebrandt065086@outlook.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will send renewal reminders and notice of price changes as required by law.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Tell us immediately about unauthorized use.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks, text and images belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Use products according to their instructions and warnings. Statements on the site are not medical or professional advice.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," except for warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law and any express manufacturer or store warranty provided with the product. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
